Cash Handling:
This class reminds us of our accountability when handling money for the Columbia Association. This class will also review all mandatory paperwork required to account for all cash exchanges.
This is a required class for all manager candidates as well as any employee wishing to be an MOD.

 Recording and Reporting:

This class will review all the incidents in our work environment that are required to have supporting documentation. You will review incident/rescue reports, witness statements, readings sheets and others as you get a clear understanding of the importance of these legal documents.
This class is required for all manager candidates.

Guiding Principles of leadership:

This class is an in depth customer service class that will deal with both positive and challenging aspects of dealing with members and fellow employees. Leadership techniques and tools will be discussed and practiced as you learn to become a more effective leader in the eyes of your staff and your members.
